  : I cant say much I liked about the property other than the bed was comfortable.
  : Before I came, I called to ask if I could check in early to which the property owner agreed, but then didnt end up arriving until my scheduled check in time of 3pm. When I arrived, no one answered my knock at the locked door. I called the number and it took multiple calls to get a response. When I was let in, the carpet was stained and it didnt look anything like the pictures. My bedroom was even worse. I booked a deluxe queen and it looked NOTHING like the photos. There were scrapes all over the walls, the furniture was cheap and dirty, the cloth headboard of the bed had hair all over it, the room stunk of urine, the bathroom countertops had not been cleaned and had stains, the tub had strange yellow stains, there was no hot water in either sink, on one sink only one tap worked, and this was a deluxe queen room! The whole place was so sketchy and dirty. The towel rack was hanging out of the wall, as was one outlet, and there were burn marks near a light fixture in the ceiling. I cannot believe any owner would feel comfortable having someone stay there when it was so dirty and I am pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake because this place looks NOTHING like the photos show. I was genuinely afraid to stay there, but it was too late to book something else. in the morning. the owners were talking loudly outside my door.

  : No hot water, no electricity, dirty rooms, way overpriced for zero quality. Building is unkept and falling apart. This is a scam, please avoid.

  : The bed was very comfortable, the location was great, and the price was a great point considering it was near the heart of downtown Toronto. There was a key pad entry which allowed us to get in at our own time.
  : The room set up was not like it was pictured in the photos, ei: no little welcome sign or hotel sized amenities. I did not receive a welcome message or email on how to gain entry to the place so I had to call in order to get into the building. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was hair from previous people in the shower and tub (which we did not use, obviously). The light in the room would randomly turn off or stay very dim.

  : Big room, comfy bed. Staff were really friendly. Easy to get around Toronto from here and good food places nearby
  : While the location was not too far from Cabbagetown which is lovely, the immediate surrounding area was a little sketchy and run down. Didnt feel the safest!
