  : I cant say much I liked about the property other than the bed was comfortable.
  : Before I came, I called to ask if I could check in early to which the property owner agreed, but then didnt end up arriving until my scheduled check in time of 3pm. When I arrived, no one answered my knock at the locked door. I called the number and it took multiple calls to get a response. When I was let in, the carpet was stained and it didnt look anything like the pictures. My bedroom was even worse. I booked a deluxe queen and it looked NOTHING like the photos. There were scrapes all over the walls, the furniture was cheap and dirty, the cloth headboard of the bed had hair all over it, the room stunk of urine, the bathroom countertops had not been cleaned and had stains, the tub had strange yellow stains, there was no hot water in either sink, on one sink only one tap worked, and this was a deluxe queen room! The whole place was so sketchy and dirty. The towel rack was hanging out of the wall, as was one outlet, and there were burn marks near a light fixture in the ceiling. I cannot believe any owner would feel comfortable having someone stay there when it was so dirty and I am pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake because this place looks NOTHING like the photos show. I was genuinely afraid to stay there, but it was too late to book something else. in the morning. the owners were talking loudly outside my door.

  : It was conveniently located as I had surgery at the Sunnybrook holland centre
  : Not a problem except for a language barrier, no face cloths larger towels would of been nice. A lot of stairs which was a little difficult considering I was having hip replacement surgery

  : At check in there was nobody waiting for us and the door was closed and we hadn't been sent the access code so we had to call Room ok, basic, no extra pillows or blankets Bathroom very dirty and out of toilet paper, with a sponge full of hair left over the sink

  : The area is so run down it should be advised in the write up. We were accosted on the front door step of the property by a homeless drug addict. A person staying in one of the rooms spent the day and night shouting and ranting on the phone so much it disturbed us.
